Resources for Teens

There are places to go to get help. If you or someone you know is showing some of the warning signs of suicide, talk to someone you trust or check out the places below where you can get help:

  • Talk to a parent
  • Talk to your school counselor
  • Talk to a coach
  • Talk to a teacher
  • Talk to a youth counselor at your church

 

Where to Get Help

The Suicide Prevention Resource Center provides information on suicide prevention resources in your state including websites to check out or places you can call to find help in your area like clinics, hospitals and other places that deal with mental health.
