Mall of America - West Market Square
Guests are invited to Mall of America to take part in Mental Wellness Day. The foundation of wholly healthy life begins with mental wellness. Mental Wellness Day will consist of three different panel discussions, open to the public, focusing on Children's Issues, Veteran's Issues and Adult Issues where experts in the field will offer answers to guest questions and provide pertinent resources.


Other fun activities occurring in West Market Square surrounding mental wellness include Guitar Hero games presented by Mayo Clinic, spin-the-prize-wheel at NAMI's
table, try on combat gear at the VA table and listen to the Minnesota Gopher's Women's hockey team talk about being a true part of a team.

 

The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Seminars are located in the Great Room located inside Nickelodeon Universe and take place at the following times: Childrens panel at 11 a.m.; Veterans panel at 1 p.m. and Adult/Senior panel at 2:30 p.m. Call 952-946-7998 for more information.

Waffle_Walk_Logo.jpg The 1st Annual Waffle 3 Mile Walk/Run

Hastings Country Club
The Waffle Walk/Run is a fundraising event in support of suicide prevention held in memory of Jeremy Caulkins and others in the community of Hastings who have died by suicide. There will be a "Waffle Social" following the event in the Hastings Country Club parking lot. Also, receive a free drink at Dugarels for participants the day of event!

Registration for the event is available in advance or the day of the event. Pre-pay, advanced registration is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. To pre-pay for adult registration, click here.

 

Registration paid the day of the event is $15 for adults and $10 for children under 12. If you would like to register in advance of the event and pay at the event, click here.
