Because many people involved in SAVE know first-hand the pain of depression and suicide, we offer this forum to share personal stories in the hope that our community of readers might find in them comfort or insight.


Tell us about how you have been able to cope with the loss of a loved one or ways in which you have been able to proceed through the grieving process. We also welcome stories about how you or someone you know was able to prevent suicide by identifying the problem and getting help.
