This Suicide Prevention Month, SAVE – Suicide Awareness Voices of Education is grateful for the partnership of the St. Paul Saints and their generous donation of tickets for suicide loss survivors.
During St. Paul Saints Suicide Prevention Week, the last week of the season, September 17-22, the Saints will be promoting the following messages:
- Anyone can struggle with mental health or thoughts of suicide. If you are worried you or a loved one may be experiencing a mental health crisis, call, text, or chat 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, for free, confidential support 24/7. Visit 988lifeline.org.
- SAVE’s free online suicide prevention training teaches four easy steps to talk about suicide with the people in your life and connect them to help. In less than one hour, get One Step Ahead trained today at save.org/one-step-ahead/.
- For 35 years, SAVE – Suicide Awareness Voices of Education has worked to end suicide through education and training programs, advocacy at state and national levels, and support for those affected by suicide loss. Learn more and get involved at save.org.
Their commitment to sharing these resources and messages of hope is a powerful reminder that #YouAreNotAlone.
