Photos submitted via this form will be included in our photo memorial display for the 2025 Annual Suicide Awareness Memorial. While this information is not published as part of the Suicide Awareness Memorial display, SAVE staff and volunteers acknowledge the importance of learning about and memorializing those lost to suicide. Because people who die by suicide are so much more than names and photos, we value any memories or information you would like to share with us about who this person was, keeping human lives at the core of our work.
